LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Case Manager for our nonprofit client. This role will be based out of Los Angeles and will be 100% onsite and a contract opportunity, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. This role will be focused on assisting the homeless population and interested candidates must feel comfortable working with individuals who are experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse ailments.

This Case Manager position will be focused on helping clients throughout the housing process, as well as assisting with supportive services as needed such as documentation, food, employment, and basic resources. This role will support up to 25 clients in their journey to finding a more stable housing environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years case management and/or housing navigation experience required
• Proficient in multiple software systems including Microsoft Office, HMIS experience strongly desired
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired (not required)

• Compassion and empathy towards others
• Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment and de-escalate as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a wide array of individuals
• Able to adapt and thrive in different environments and think critically to solve situations
• Can work well within multiple software systems
