Job Title: Housing Navigator
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in navigating the housing system, including identifying suitable housing options and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Collaborate with local agencies, landlords, and service providers to secure housing for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and advocacy to ensure clients maintain stable housing.
  • Conduct assessments to determine clients' housing needs and develop individualized housing plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in housing navigation, case management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of local housing resources and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client services.
