LHH is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization dedicated to serving communities and making a meaningful impact. We are seeking an IT Support Coordinator to join their team onsite in Downtown Los Angeles on a contract basis through the end of December 2025.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, solid technical aptitude, and a passion for helping people solve technology challenges in a mission-driven environment.

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (Expected through December 2025)
Work Authorization: W2 only – No C2C or sponsorship available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies and IT hardware inventory.

  • Order new desktop hardware and peripherals for end-users.

  • Receive, asset tag, and assign new hardware.

  • Update asset management systems as required.

  • Ship and receive hardware to and from other offices as needed.

  • Conduct IT new hire orientations.

  • Provide excellent client-facing and customer service support with strong communication skills.

  • Prepare and deliver reports to the IT Director as needed.

  • Support planning and coordination of technology equipment deployments.

  • Forward tickets and requests to third-party suppliers as needed and manage them through closure.

  • Coordinate with other IT staff members to schedule upgrades and repairs.


Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with both Mac and PC systems.

  • Strong Excel and organizational skills.

  • Experience with inventory management and reporting tools (e.g., AssetTiger).

  • Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent listening, questioning, and communication abilities.

  • Confident and professional interaction with staff to understand problems and explain solutions.

  • Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an IT support or coordination role.

  • Help desk support experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of macOS and Windows 10+.

  • Familiarity with iOS 10+.

  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.

  • Natural problem-solver who enjoys identifying ways to improve processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to ask for help when needed.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with flexibility.

  • Self-starter who learns quickly and meets deadlines.

  • Ability to perform some heavy lifting (e.g., carrying computer boxes).

Additional Details:

  • Location: 100% onsite in Downtown Los Angeles.
