Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
• Review and verify patient billing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Generate and analyze billing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical billing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Medical Biller in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medical billing procedures, insurance guidelines, and coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in medical billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
