LHH seeks a Medical Receptionist to support a Pain Management Dept in Los Angeles, CA.

• Greet patients and manage check-ins and check-outs

• Schedule appointments and collect copays

• Verify insurance eligibility and process prior authorizations

• Handle referral processing and procedure scheduling

• Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Cerner

• Capability to function well in a high-energy environment

• Experience working in pain management, preferred

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical office or clinical setting, required

• Demonstrated history of providing excellent customer service

Onboarding Requirements

• Background Check, drug screen, TB test

• Able to start immediately

• Onsite, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Los Angeles, CA 90033

• 6 month contract with potential extension
