Mental Health Case Manager (Non-Clinical)

Location: Onsite – Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Mental Health Case Manager to join our team and support individuals navigating mental health challenges. This is a non-clinical, onsite role that focuses on helping clients access resources, coordinate care, and achieve stability in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community-based services, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide case management services to individuals with mental health needs

• Assist clients in accessing housing, employment, medical, and social services

• Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and support teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records

• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed

• Collaborate with internal team members, community providers, and family members

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (required)

• Master’s degree in a Social Work or Psychology (preferred)

• Prior experience in mental health, case management, or social services

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)

• Ability to work independently while managing a full caseload
