Mental Health Case Manager (Non-Clinical)
Location: Onsite – Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Mental Health Case Manager to join our team and support individuals navigating mental health challenges. This is a non-clinical, onsite role that focuses on helping clients access resources, coordinate care, and achieve stability in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community-based services, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide case management services to individuals with mental health needs
Assist clients in accessing housing, employment, medical, and social services
Develop individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and support teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records
Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with internal team members, community providers, and family members
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (required)
Master’s degree in a Social Work or Psychology (preferred)
Prior experience in mental health, case management, or social services
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
Ability to work independently while managing a full caseload
