Full-Time Position at an Exclusive Members-Only Athletic Club in Downtown Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at an exclusive members-only athletic club located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. This is a full-time position requiring excellent presentation skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for providing top-notch service to our esteemed members.

Responsibilities

· Manage the front desk operations, including greeting and assisting members and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

· Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently and courteously.

· Maintain accurate and organized records, including membership data, billing information, and scheduling details.

· Support the club's administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and office supply management.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operation and excellent member experience.

· Assist in organizing and executing special events, meetings, and activities.

· Ensure the office area is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.

· Perform other related duties as assigned to support the club's operations.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.

· Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

· Previous experience in a high-end or luxury service environment is a plus.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
