Our client is seeking an Office Coordinator in Los Angeles (DTLA area). This permanent opportunity is ideal for an organized and proactive individual eager to help optimize daily operations. As the point of contact for office coordination, you will ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Hours: 9am-6 pm (flexible to come in early or stay late)

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $22-$24 DOE

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in office

  • MS Office Suite

Job duties:

  • Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for team members

  • Maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases to support organizational needs

  • Act as the first point of contact for staff inquiries and troubleshooting

  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure alignment on projects and priorities



Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
