Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $24.00-$25.00 hourly
Job Description:
Our client, a hospitality company located in West Los Angeles, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join their team. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing payroll for 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for 300 employees accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and submit payroll reports.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
