Location: near Tarzana

Hours: 8 am-5 pm (one hour lunch)

Pay: $50-$70 hourly DOE

Job details:

• Lead and manage operational projects to meet strategic goals.

• Standardize project tracking and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and oversee detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with departments such as engineering, legal, marketing, and business development for integrated execution.

• Identify and resolve inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks in operational workflows.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including vendor and partner oversight.

• Support the development and management of Scopes of Work (SoWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

• Oversee operational budgets, ensuring projects are delivered cost-effectively.

• Train teams on tools, processes, and operational best practices.

• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operational project management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Software requirements: Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, Google suite

• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and change management.

• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
