Job Description:
LHH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager with a strong background in Commercial Property Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a commercial property, ensuring it’s well-maintained, and managing tenant relations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and some accounting knowledge.
The job is paying $50.00-$60.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties.
Manage tenant relations and address any issues or concerns.
Ensure property is well-maintained and complies with all regulations.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and accounting tasks.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Negotiate and manage leases and contracts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Commercial Property Management.
Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Some accounting knowledge and experience with financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred.
