LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist for our nonprofit client with located in South Los Angeles. This position will be 100% onsite and involving field work throughout the South LA area and will be a contract-to-hire position.

This role will be focused on compliance, auditing and risk mitigation for our client's organization. This will include auditing participant and program files, ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines, as well as ensuring safety of our client's interim housing sites. This role will require a high attention to detail and thoroughness as this will be assisting our client's organization in being compliant with state and federal guidelines.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 2 years with compliance/quality assurances and/or behavioral health auditing experience
• Must be proficient working within multiple software systems including Microsoft Office
• Must have a reliable form of transportation and valid driver's license

• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness to complete a task
• Ability to analytically problem solve and make sound judgment calls
• Can work well independently or in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work well within multiple software systems
