We are seeking a temporary receptionist for an amazing law firm located in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). This position will last for 3 months and requires a dynamic individual to join our team.

Job Details:

· Position: Temporary Receptionist

· Duration: 3 months

· Location: 100% On-site in DTLA

· Pay: $24 per hour

· Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

· Greet and welcome clients and visitors

· Answer and direct phone calls

· Manage and schedule appointments

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area

· Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

· Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
