LHH Staffing solutions is seeking a proactive Interim Housing Site Safety Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Monitor site facilities and grounds for concerns.

Engage participants in maintaining site safety.

Ensure safety through observation, de-escalation, and participant engagement.

Coordinate with case management and security agencies.

Conduct regular site rounds and report issues.

Assist with drafting safety documentation and correspondence.

Respond to security or crisis situations using non-violent intervention.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Team collaboration skills.
