WE have an immediate opening for a Senior Accountant who is a Yardi Voyager super user. This is a 100% onsite position supporting Accounting Leadership in all aspects of Yardi Voyager usage including dashboard creation, budgets, and reporting. would typically be proficient in a variety of modules
Key modules in Yardi Voyager:
Property Management: This module includes functionalities for managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. It helps in tracking leases, managing tenant information, and handling maintenance requests.
Accounting: This module is essential for managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. It ensures accurate and timely financial management.
Maintenance Management: This module helps in tracking and managing maintenance tasks, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules. It ensures that properties are well-maintained and issues are resolved promptly.
Budgeting and Forecasting: This module allows users to create and manage budgets, perform financial forecasting, and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management): This module helps in managing interactions with tenants and prospects, tracking communication, and improving customer service.
Fixed Assets Management: This module is used for tracking and managing the lifecycle of fixed assets, including depreciation and asset valuation.
Procurement: This module helps in managing the procurement process, including purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory control.
Facilities Management: This module includes tools for managing facilities, space planning, and tracking facility-related expenses.
Investment Management: This module is used for managing real estate investments, tracking performance, and generating investment reports.
Compliance and Risk Management: This module helps in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing risks associated with property management.
Resident and Tenant Portals: These portals provide tenants and residents with online access to their accounts, allowing them to make payments, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with property managers.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
