Senior Accountant - Koreatown (Temp to Hire)
LHH is actively seeking a Senior Accountant for our client in the Property Management industry, located in the heart of Koreatown. This role is a temp to hire position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to become a permanent member of a dynamic team.
The hourly rate for this job is $38.46-43.26 hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Perform heavy reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial activities are recorded and reported on time.
Maintain accrual-based accounting systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks and support annual audits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant with accrual-based accounting experience.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
Pay Details: $38.46 to $43.26 per hour
