Salary: Up to $95,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Budget Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. This temp-to-hire position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with grant budgets and a strong background in the non-profit industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and manage grant budgets to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budget proposals.
Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate budgetary controls.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for budget adjustments.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Support the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Budget Analyst or similar role, with a focus on grant budgets.
Strong understanding of non-profit financial management and reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel functions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
