We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries.

• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements.

• Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Manage cashflows and budgets.

• Coordinate complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and tax team or other departments.

• Perform special projects as assigned.

• Handle various other duties as delegated by management.

• Follow all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and comply with relevant legal mandates.

• Monitor and review possible fraudulent activity on accounts regularly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary is $80,000-$100,000 DOE w/benefits, PTO and 401k+match!
