We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will manage a caseload of 25+ clients, providing crucial support to individuals experiencing homelessness and victims of domestic violence. Your work will involve connecting clients with essential services, advocating for their needs, and helping them navigate the complexities of their situations. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are strongly preferred. Responsibilities:



  • Manage a caseload of 25+ clients, ensuring each receives personalized support and guidance.


  • Advocate for clients’ needs by coordinating with various social services, housing agencies, legal services, and healthcare providers.


  • Assist clients in accessing vital resources, such as housing, employment, healthcare, and legal assistance.


  • Work closely with domestic violence victims to develop and implement safety plans, ensuring their immediate and long-term safety.


  • Provide immediate support and crisis intervention as needed, particularly in situations involving domestic violence or housing instability.


  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, services provided, and progress made toward achieving their goals.


  • Work collaboratively with local organizations, shelters, and service providers to ensure clients have access to comprehensive support.


  • Engage in community outreach to build relationships with potential clients and partner organizations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is required.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field, preferably working with homeless populations and survivors of domestic violence.


  • Bilingual in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is highly preferred.


  • Familiarity with the resources and services available in Los Angeles for homeless individuals and domestic violence victims. Cal Fresh, CalWORKs.
