Supportive Housing Case Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Supportive Housing Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in South Central LA. This role will be a contract-to-hire opportunity and will be 100% onsite working environment. The role will be focused on supporting our client's program participants in an interim housing environment to get immediate healthcare, necessary documentation, and work towards a more stable housing living situation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required (no exceptions)

• Minimum 1 year of case management/social work experience required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide array of internal and external contacts

• Ability to work well in a high-pressure situation and de-escalate situations as needed

• Compassionate and empathetic towards others while being able to maintain a professional work boundary

• Can work well independently and thrive in a fast paced environment

• Able to work well within different software systems including Microsoft Office
