Do you have experience with chargebacks? LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire, hybrid role in Louisville, KY. This role involves processing chargebacks, verifying financial information, and handling accounts receivable and month-end closing. The specialist will also assist with price verification and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process chargebacks efficiently.

  • Manage invoicing and financial tasks.

  • Assist with cash applications and collections.

  • Provide aging reports and review credit management.

  • Validate contract pricing and licensure.

  • Maintain accurate records and CRM documentation.

  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly.

  • Build strong customer relationships.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Two years of billing and invoicing experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience with ERP/billing software (D365/Relasoft) is preferred.

  • Effective communication skills.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong data analysis and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM and cloud-based software.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
