Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions is working on an Accounts Receivable Specialist role with a client located on the east side of Louisville! They are looking for a well-rounded accounts receivable professional with experience in collections. This role requires strong customer service and attention to detail. Our client offers a casual, relaxed work environment with great benefits. Pay for this role starts between $50,000 and $55,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities

· Collecting on past due invoices

· Creating and updating an aging report

· Assisting with billing and cash applications as needed

· Reviewing and ensuring clients are being charged properly

· Resolving invoice discrepancies

· Building rapport with clients

Qualifications

· High School Diploma is required

· 2+ years of recent accounts receivable experience

· Microsoft Excel

· Communication and organizational skills

· Customer service skills

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full Time

Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M.-5 P.M. (40 hours a week)
