Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Review: Analyze balance sheets and income statements, and prepare adjusting journal entries as needed.
- Payroll Management: Record and reconcile payroll entries.
- Reconciliations: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Accounts Management: Process all accounts payables and receivables.
- Experience: Prior bookkeeping experience in an accounting environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expertise in QuickBooks.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Type: Contract to Hire | Full Time
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
