Job Title: Contract Customer Service Representative
Location: Louisville, KY (On-site)
Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contract Customer Service Representative. This temporary position is with one of our esteemed clients in the pharmacy and healthcare industry, located in Louisville, KY. The role requires working on-site and offers a competitive pay rate of $16 to $17 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
Must have 3+ years of call center experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY. (No remote or hybrid available)
High school diploma or equivalent.
