The Opportunity:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Specialists and Patient Advocates for a leading company in the healthcare sector. These roles are pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences by managing both inbound and outbound communications related to prescription orders and refills.

A Day in the Life:

  • Order Management: Handle a high volume of order-taking calls, verifying prescriptions, and facilitating the order process.

  • Customer Inquiries: Address inbound queries such as delivery update calls, providing timely and accurate information.

  • Efficiency Metrics: Maintain 12 calls per hour, ensuring each call is efficiently managed within a 5-minute window for system setup and note-taking.

  • Team Collaboration: Utilize downtime between calls to complete secondary tasks and support team objectives.

  • Life and Work Flexibility: Multiple shifts available and the potential to work remote.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service. Bonus points if within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Double points for call center experience.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort using various software and tools. Experience with Salesforce and Prime is a plus.
