Responsibilities:
- Obtain purchase orders via phone
- Resolve order discrepancies through communication with management
- Handle expedited requests and provide necessary updates to customers
- Outbound calling
- Previous experience in a call center environment is required
- Keen attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge with the Microsoft Office Products
- Strong interpersonal skills in a call center environment
- A consistent level of professionalism at all times
- Problem solving skills
- One year of experience required
- Contract (6 months)
- $16.50 to $17.00 an hour
- Full Time 40 Hours per week
- 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Also 9:00am and 10:00am start times
