Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and efficient Customer Service Representative for a Tier 1 support role with our client in Louisville, KY. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16 to $17 per hour and is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts. This role has the potential to transition from contract to hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, including order taking, verifying prescriptions, and addressing "where's my package" inquiries.
Manage outbound calls for prescription refills approved through doctors' offices, patient cues (electronic), lab calls, and general prescription refill requests.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
Maintain a KPI of 12 calls per hour or more, with 5 minutes allocated for system setup and note-taking.
Utilize downtime between calls for secondary tasks.
Train on various systems, including proprietary software, Salesforce, and Prime.
Push orders along the process efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or pharmaceutical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce and Prime.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
