LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for multiple customer service-oriented individuals for a contract-to-hire Customer Service Representative role with a widely successful pharmaceutical company located in the Louisville, KY area!


What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding prescription verification and ordering.
• Ensure the delivery of accurate information on each call.
• Document calls accurately and in a timely manner.

• Previous experience in a customer support role required.
• Previous call center experience required.
• Proficiency adapting to various software systems and tools required.

Work Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM M-F


Job Type: Contract-to-hire and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
