Multiple openings! Company is expanding and seeking Call Center Customer Service Reps!
Position Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking motivated and customer service-oriented individuals for Customer Service Rep positions due to company expanding. This role is part of a tier 1 customer support group, responsible for providing exceptional service to patients through both inbound and outbound calls and is a contract-to-hire role.
Hours: Various Shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls, including order taking, verifying prescriptions, and providing updates on package status.
Manage outbound calls for prescription refills, patient cues, and lab inquiries.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of information into proprietary systems, Salesforce, and Prime.
Meet and exceed KPI targets, aiming for 12 calls per hour with efficient system setup and note-taking.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a patient-centric approach in all interactions.
Preferred Background:
Call center experience with customer interaction.
Comfortable with making and receiving calls.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
