Join Our Client’s Team as a Payroll Assistant!

Location: Downtown Louisville, KY
Type: Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time
Compensation: $22 - $24/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Assistant with a nonprofit organization dedicated to community service. This close-knit, family-oriented team is looking for a passionate individual to join their ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process biweekly payroll for approximately 110 employees.

  • Review and approve timecards.

  • Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for benefits administration, including pension plans, unemployment, and medical insurance.

  • Create detailed payroll reports.

  • Handle payroll aspects of onboarding and terminations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma required.

  • Experience: Over a year of payroll experience or a relevant degree; multi-state payroll experience preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills and extreme attention to detail.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)
