LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a construction client in Louisville, Kentucky seeking an experienced Payroll Manager. This contract role will not require management of direct reports.
Responsibilities:
· Process multistate payroll
· Partner with site managers and admins to document employee data
· Oversee management of time and payroll reporting system
· Perform payroll garnishments and deductions
· Auditing, ensuring accurate and timely payroll record reporting and compliance with laws and regulations
Qualifications:
· 3-5+ years of prior payroll experience, construction industry strongly preferred
· Associates or Bachelor's degree - OR - relevant payroll accounting experience
· High organization, detail oriented, and work with high accuracy to maintain records and data
· UKG experience preferred
