LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivate Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in a multi-state territory on the east coast for one of our manufacturing clients. Ideal candidates MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINS OF INT AIRPORT IN EST. They must comfortable with extensive travel, averaging 75%, with the potential for overnight stays three nights per week. MUST HAVE 5+ YEARS PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN B2B SALES with Appliances OEMs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and expand into new industries.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including maintenance and operations leaders in OEMs (Appliance Industry)

  • Expand customer base in core industries while cultivating new business opportunities

  • Schedule and conduct in-person visits, virtual meetings, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities.

  • Partner with inside sales teams to track and update customer activities in the CRM system.

  • Review and manage quotations, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns in collaboration with senior leadership.

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows to promote capabilities and build brand recognition.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related technical/business field.

  • 5+ years of industrial sales experience, with demonstrated success in revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and market trends in the Appliance industry.

  • Strong technical aptitude in machining, assembly, testing, or measurement processes for manufacturing.

  • Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate customer environments.

  • Self-directed with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Established network within industrial manufacturing or OEM sectors (appliance or similar).

  • Track record of expanding sales in consumer product manufacturing markets.

  • Familiarity with industrial sales cycles and customer relationship management tools.

Salary: $85-130k

Bonus: 15% variable

Benefits: 401K match, medical, dental and vision
