LHH is assisting our long-time Louisville supply chain client to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their growing team! This position is responsible for Financial Modeling and Analytical needs for strategic decision making, including the ongoing support to the Finance Director in executing financial strategies, policies, and processes to meet the business goals and objectives defined by management. Key aspects of this role:

• Provide data-driven insights to facilitate decision making and influence strategy with financial model building and reporting.
• Problem solve key business questions, design analysis to show financial implication, and build related financial scenario analysis.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses and support deep dives into strategic issues to improve collective understanding of risks and opportunities related to the business.
• Develop insightful presentations to support executive decision making.
• Provide analytical support, dashboard reports, business solutions, special program development and ad hoc project assignments as requested.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
• 2+ years of relevant experience; commercial finance experience REQUIRED
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and complex financial modeling
• Must have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to deal with change, and demonstrate a proficiency for collaboration, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Motivated and disciplined
