LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to join a well-established, close-knit team on the east side of Louisville, KY.

In this role, you'll play a key role in keeping our client's business running smoothly by:

• Maintaining accurate payroll data through time system auditing.

• Processing biweekly paychecks for over 500 employees across multiple states.

• Ensuring compliance by entering hours for union employees and handling garnishments/deductions.

• Supporting the team with benefit administration and expense reporting.

We're looking for someone with:

• Solid experience with multi-state payroll processing.

• Masterful command of Microsoft Excel for efficient data manipulation.

• A keen eye for detail and strong data entry skills.

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume payroll environment. (High school diploma required)

This is a direct-hire opportunity! Plus, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
