LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist position open with our client in Madison, FL. This is a full time, onsite, direct hire role.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices and payments utilizing three-way matching

• Post and process cash receipts, ACH, and check payments daily

• Review and monitor accounts payable/receivable balances & maintain aging reports

• Process expense reports

• Reconcile accounts

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience required

Education

• Associate degree in Accounting a plus

Knowledge/Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) & proficiency with accounting software required

• Must be adaptable, customer service focused, detail & results-oriented

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week

• $23-25/hr.
