Administrative & HR Clerk
Location: Near Madison, Wisconsin
Compensation: $45,000–$52,000 annually, based on experience
Our client, a well-established law firm located just outside of Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Administrative & Development Support Coordinator to join their team. This role combines front-desk and administrative support with entry-level exposure to the firm's professional development and training functions.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Administrative Support
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls; manage voicemail and general inquiries.
Coordinate conference room schedules and assist with meeting preparations.
Handle mail, deliveries, and general office supply ordering.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
Entry-Level Learning & Development Support
Assist with scheduling and tracking internal training sessions.
Update attendance logs and maintain training materials (digital and hard copy).
Support onboarding tasks for new hires, including organizing welcome materials.
Help maintain compliance records for continuing legal education (CLE).
Provide support for occasional firm events and training-related communications.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office experience.
Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); training on internal systems provided.
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
