EHS SPECIALIST
This role will drive CI in workplace safety, develop safety trainings for both on-site and off-site locations (quarterly travel), and continue to grow and develop a safety culture. Reports to HR.
Responsibilities:
Ensure safety program meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements
Work with HR to ensure execution of workers compensation programs.
Manage injury/illness claim life cycle in partnership with HR to include temporary and return to work program.
Drive accountability with all functions and employees to reduce accident and injuries.
Investigate and respond to safety concerns, conduct Root Cause Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis
Coordinate, develop, and conduct safety training activities for employees, temps, contractors and leadership.
ISO Audit
Qualifications:
4+ years of safety experience
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety
CSP a plus
