Job Title: Sales and Event Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: 100% On-Site – Mahwah, NJ
Compensation: Temp-to-Perm | Up to $60,000 annually upon conversion
Reports To: Marketing & Sales Enablement Lead

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Event Coordinator to join our team in Mahwah. This is a full-time, on-site role with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Event Execution

  • Own end-to-end planning and coordination of large-scale tradeshows and smaller regional events across the Americas.

  • Oversee all event logistics, vendor relations, and booth buildouts to ensure a consistent and premium brand presence.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical, and Product teams to align event content, demos, and messaging with strategic objectives.

  • Manage partner programs for key shows, including co-branded initiatives, booth sharing, and joint marketing deliverables.

Design and Deliver Creative Campaigns

  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns for events, including landing pages, email workflows, social content, signage, and sales enablement materials.

  • Produce LinkedIn and social media content to generate pre-show buzz and post-show engagement.

  • Leverage design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to create visually compelling event assets (e.g., booth designs, signage, digital ads, and lead collateral).


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
