Contracts Paralegal - Remote

$35.00 - $45.00 per Hour


LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a New Jersey energy company, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Contracts Administrator to support the General Counsel on an ongoing temporary basis.


This position is primarily remote with meetings in NJ once per month. Hours are part-time to start (20 per week) with the possibility of full-time hours in the future.



Responsibilities:


· Drafting and reviewing NDAs, MOUs, and other basic contracts


· Managing the contracts process and legal documentation


· Filing corporate governance documents


· Acting as a liaison between various cross-functional teams and legal


· Tracking agreements and coordinating the execution process


· Managing calendars


· Arranging travel


· Preparing expense reports


· Scheduling meetings


· Providing general administrative support to the GC



Requirements:


· 2+ years of recent paralegal or contracts administration experience


· Bachelor’s Degree


· Experience working with a start-up company or energy company a plus


· Proven ability to work well in a remote environment


· Excellent communication skills


· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $35-$45/hour depending on experience.
