LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Contract opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a corporate environment. This position is located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and route phone calls: Answer and direct calls, take messages
- Process and report on office expenses: Track expenses, process invoices, prepare financial reports
- Maintain employee records: Update physical and digital records, ensure confidentiality
- Schedule meetings: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, prepare agendas, set up equipment
- Distribute incoming mail: Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Order office supplies: Manage inventory, order supplies, maintain organization
- Make travel arrangements: Book flights, hotels, transportation, prepare itineraries
- Organize company documents: Maintain filing system, ensure easy retrieval and secure storage
- Address queries: Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person
- Prepare presentations and reports: Create high-quality presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
- Update office policies: Review and update policies and procedures
- Assist in project management: Track deadlines, facilitate communication, coordinate resources
- Liaise with vendors and clients: Maintain relationships, handle inquiries, resolve issues
- Coordinate team events: Plan and organize events, meetings, and activities
- Must be proficient with Excel, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
Employment Type: Contract – 3 months
Salary: $26-31/hr
Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
