Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 1 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temporary opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a corporate environment. This position is located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
  • Order supplies as needed, comparing prices and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity, including managing office layout and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, screening and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit various documents and communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are professionally formatted and error-free.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized, easily accessible, and securely stored.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, expense reports, and other administrative records as required.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative role or internship

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
