Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity within the Non-profit industry, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff and program teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for events and board meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for donor records, grant documentation, and program materials.
  • Assist with donor communications, including thank-you letters, newsletters, and fundraising mailings.
  • Support grant application and reporting processes by gathering data and preparing documents.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with data entry and database management (e.g., donor management systems like Salesforce)
  • Help coordinate volunteer activities and community outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with G-suite, Excel
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar Administrative role
Worksite: On-Site

Salary- $30-38hr/hr


Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
