Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 5 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and follow-ups for leadership and project teams.
  • Oversee internal workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are followed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and documentation.
  • Track and manage operational tasks, including expense reports, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain and improve digital filing systems, shared drives, and knowledge bases.
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, training sessions, and company-wide communications.
  • Monitor and optimize office tools, subscriptions, and software licenses.
  • Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and recommend improvements.
  • Provide ad hoc support for special projects, research, and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Excel
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $30-34/hr


Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
