LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Database Manager with 4 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a Non-Profit environment. This position is located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data and donor details into Raiser’s Edge, including processing online donations, manually entering pledges, donations from third-party platforms, checks, ACH payments, and volunteer information.
- Oversee quality control within the Raiser’s Edge database by regularly checking for duplicates, cleaning up inconsistencies, and managing both standard and custom data fields.
- Handle the donor acknowledgment process by maintaining and updating acknowledgment templates, generating letters, and tracking acknowledgment status within Raiser’s Edge.
- Maintain regular communication with the finance department to facilitate reconciliation and ensure data accuracy across departments.
- Generate various reports and queries, including standard monthly fundraising and finance reports, as well as more complex analyses as needed.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Raiser’s Edge NXT to provide an overview of fundraising progress and tasks.
- Manage the contact list in Constant Contact, updating information as needed and analyzing data against Raiser’s Edge to gain insights into donor engagement with email messaging.
- Collaborate with the Development Director to manage and expand the moves management system in Raiser’s Edge, including tracking grant proposals and donor interactions.
- Track department finances, including processing check requests, credit card reconciliation, budget management, invoices, and maintaining all subscriptions.
- Maintain and refine policies and procedures documents regarding data management and department administration.
- Identify and mark donor prospects by analyzing engagement trends, giving patterns, and wealth information.
- 3-5 years of experience in Database Management role
- Must be Proficient with Raisers Edge
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000-75,000/yr
