Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 4 years of experience in an administrative role or directly supporting executives. This is a Direct Hire role located in Manhattan, New York.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time and productivity.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Compile and organize data for financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Handle all correspondence and communication on behalf of the CFO, including emails, phone calls, and written documents.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents to ensure clear and professional communication.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
  • Implement and manage filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Act as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support the CFO's initiatives and projects.
  • Event organization, contacting internal and external teams, organizing accordingly prepping relevant information
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Concur
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 4 years of experience directly supporting Executives
Worksite: Onsite
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65,000-80,000/yr


Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
