Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, with 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high level executives. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure that all appointments are timely and efficiently handled.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
  • Gather, organize, and prepare documents and presentations for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Write and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other important documents.
  • Handle expense reports, reconcile accounts, and manage budgets as needed.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, send reminders, and arrange catering and other logistics.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with G-suite, Excel, PowerPoint , Concur, Google Calendar
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting high level executives
Worksite: Direct Hire, Hybrid, 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Salary- $75,000-85,000/yr


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
