Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 7 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, New York.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel across multiple time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Prepare, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Organize and coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and executive events, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.
Track and follow up on key action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.
Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
Process expense reports, reimbursements, and corporate credit card reconciliations.
Assist with personal tasks and errands to support the executive’s productivity and work-life balance.
Collaborate with other executive assistants and departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, often involving cross-functional coordination.
Experience:
7-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C Suite
Worksite: Hybrid
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $50-60/hr
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
