Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 7 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, New York.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel across multiple time zones.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Prepare, proofread, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

  • Organize and coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and executive events, including venue selection, catering, and materials preparation.

  • Track and follow up on key action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.

  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.

  • Process expense reports, reimbursements, and corporate credit card reconciliations.

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands to support the executive’s productivity and work-life balance.

  • Collaborate with other executive assistants and departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, often involving cross-functional coordination.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C Suite

Salary: $50-60/hr




Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
