Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant with 10 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Manhattan, NY . This is an excellent Temp to Perm opportunity, for someone with experience within Financial Services. .



Responsibilities:

  • Manage an extremely active and dynamic calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings.

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for meetings, presentations, and events.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, emails, and requests for the CEO’s attention.

  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and executive-level communications.

  • Act as a partner to the CEO, helping to manage priorities, track key initiatives, and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Assist in managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, investors, clients, and external partners.

  • Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate communication and collaboration.

  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.

  • Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Coordinate logistics for company-wide events, executive retreats, and leadership meetings.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the office layout and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Concur

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting C Suite Executives

Salary: $50-60/hr




Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
