LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp to perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all facilities.
- Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards promptly.
- Prepare and manage the facilities budget, including cost forecasting and expense tracking.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies for efficiency improvement.
- Optimize the layout and utilization of space within the facilities.
- Collaborate with departments to plan for future space needs and expansions.
- Promote and implement sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation and waste reduction programs.
- Proficient with G-suite, Excel, PowerPoint
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask
- 5-7 years of experience in Facilities or Operations
Salary- $30-37/hr
Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
