Facilities Coordinator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp to perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all facilities.
  • Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building safety and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards promptly.
  • Prepare and manage the facilities budget, including cost forecasting and expense tracking.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies for efficiency improvement.
  • Optimize the layout and utilization of space within the facilities.
  • Collaborate with departments to plan for future space needs and expansions.
  • Promote and implement sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation and waste reduction programs.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with G-suite, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Facilities or Operations
Worksite: On Site/ Temp to Perm
Salary- $30-37/hr


Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour
