- Act as the primary point of contact for employee issues, concerns, and disputes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on performance management.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Handle investigations and disciplinary procedures in a timely and legal manner.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits (healthcare, retirement plans, etc.).
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that are competitive within the industry.
- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
- Develop and manage the company’s Total Rewards strategy, including salary, bonuses, benefits, and non-monetary rewards.
- Evaluate and benchmark compensation structures to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
- Oversee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition.
- Conduct annual reviews of compensation and benefits to maintain market alignment and internal equity.
- Proficient with HRIS Systems
